Holly's Fanfiction Plan/Draft

I am going to write a crossover fanfiction combining the world of Harry Potter and The Hunger Games.
My idea is that the final Harry Potter book ends very differently. Voldemort kills Harry and wins the Wizarding War. He rounds up all the characters who helped Harry out and who he considers "blood traitors". He murders all the adults immediately but he keeps the teenagers imprisoned to participate in a tournament where first prize is their life and they have to kill the others to win, like the Hunger Games.
There are twelve contestants rather than twenty-four in The Hunger Games, and there are no pairs/teams, it's each man for himself. The characters are: Luna Lovegood, Cho Chang, George Weasley, Neville Longbottom, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Lee Jordan, Katie Bell, Ginny Weasley, Seamus Finnigan, Dennis Creevey, and Ernie Macmillan. 
Of course no one wants to kill anyone else, they were all in the DA together (except Draco but he turned to the good side at the end of the war which is why Voldemort is punishing him by being in this fight to the death) but Voldemort places hallucinations in their minds of the other contestant killing their loved ones and drives them to become basically bloodthirsty animals. By doing this Voldemort narrows the living down to just Ginny and Draco left. He expects Draco to kill her immediately but Draco hasn't killed anyone yet and he doesn't want to start now. Ginny however is determined to kill him because she doesn't know he changed sides in the war and helped Harry. So she attacks him viciously, he doesn't even try to defend himself. In his dying moments, Draco explains that he in fact was on the side of the Order of the Phoenix and the DA at the end, and that he hadn't killed anyone during the games. Ginny holds him as he dies and swears she will be the one to kill Voldemort.
